Thank You from Tim Robbins & The Actors' Gang

On behalf of The Actors' Gang I'd like to thank you for coming down to see GET LIT Poetry Slam at the 2009 WTF?! Festival. We were excited to be able to bring this amazing group of young and talented spoken word artists to our stage. I could not believe how incredibly moving and energized this group was and I'm sure you'll agree it was an unforgettable experience.

In the course of the festival, with your help, over 5000 people walked through the doors of our Culver City theater and art was created, literature was discussed, beautiful music was played and memories were made.

We look forward to having you back at the Gang. Our ensemble of actors not only staffed the entire festival, but work together in our space every week to create theater that matters. We'll be inviting you to our upcoming productions, including a special invitation-only three-week workshop production in March of our forthcoming fall show Break the Whip. This play will be the first of the Actors' Gang History of the United States Series and will run March 10 - March 26, 2010.

Thank you again for coming down to support us and have a kick ass 2010. We've attached a picture from the night as a token of our appreciation. Hope to see you soon.
