Rhiannon Wilson

After gaining recognition for her YouTube channel, “The Geeky Blonde,” Rhiannon Wilson has grown to use the platform as a collection of DIY projects, “Condensed Shakespeare” vignettes, and original poetry, as well as to advocate for global freedom from sex trafficking and cyber bullying. She has performed at Lincoln Center, The Hollywood Bowl, and the Library of Congress. She co-wrote the manifesto for Dove’s 2015 #ChooseBeautiful campaign, she is a member of Soul Pancake’s “Bridge Exchange” to present poetry at film festivals, and she led Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas’s 2014 March Against Sex Trafficking. Additionally, she co-wrote the preamble for the United Nations’ Global Goals, and she is LA’s Youth Poet Laureate! Follow her journey at thegeekyblonde.com.
