Erika Abrams is a self-proclaimed cultural architect and has a particular passion for rethinking the way organizational culture is constructed. Currently the Director of Production, North America, for Deluxe Creative Media’s television VFX brand, she sits at the juncture of production, human resources and business development, bridging multiple points of view to ignite community and foster creativity. Abrams is a recurring guest lecturer at USC for Design Thinking strategies, as well as a speaker and panelist for culture, inclusivity, and empathetic leadership approaches. She is a member of the Advisory Board for AIGA:LA, the FreeVerse Board at Get Lit - Words Ignite, a committee member for Los Angeles Design Festival and sits on the Executive Peer Group for the Television Academy.
