Hanna Harris is a professional spoken word artist and educator working to empower young people to improve their world through their lived experiences. She has performed for Hilary Clinton, Matthew McConaughey, the Women’s March, LACMA, Warped Tour, Dodger Stadium, live on KPFK, and at over 100 schools in the LA area. Hanna is also the coach of the Los Angeles Youth Poetry Slam team and has taught residencies and workshops at UC Santa Barbara, Into Action, A Place Called Home, and various other schools & organizations all over Southern California. She is raising her cats to be feminists. She is also featured in the upcoming 2020 feature length film directed by Carlos Lopez Estrada, Summertime.
